From the cooking leftover and human excreta to the buildup of plague in the arteries, to the excessive cholesterol in the gall, and to the fatberg in sewers… A piece of fat travels through the tunnels of different entities, while our guts propagates in the outer world… Are residues and waste something we leave behind, or an extension and integral part of our body?

I was invited Printroom Rotterdam to contribute to the Leesmap project with a spread. And I thought to recycle my anus drawings and make some more! With this comic I want to illustrate a journey of a piece of fat in the cardiovascular and sewage systems.
